Coronation celebrations

Children, staff and families at Forest Row Community Pre-school in Sussex celebrating the coronation in May with a tea party event. The children enjoyed games and dancing as well as the party food.

Coronation decorations

Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-school in Rednal made their own coronation decorations and took part in three parties held for families at the setting. The children were also given party hats, balloons and flags to take home for the coronation celebration.

Coronation canvas

Children at Northway Pre-school in Tewkesbury worked with a local artist to create a special memory canvas to celebrate the coronation. The children also dressed up as kings and queens. The celebration also marked the setting’s 50th anniversary.
