Ladywell Pre-school in London was delighted to host an event with Neil Leitch CEO of the Alliance and shadow education secretary Bridget Phillipson. Writing on Twitter, Bridget said: “Brilliant to visit Ladywell Pre-school, speaking to children, staff and parents. Parents are clear they want the government to prioritise early education and childcare. Labour will match that ambition with a new system from the end of parental leave to end to primary school.”

Children at Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-school in Rednal spent a week learning about Comic Relief and considering how they can help others. They also enjoyed playing with a Red Nose Day balloon. For the day itself, the children arrived at the setting dressed in their pyjamas and made optional donations to the charity.

The report also complimented the programme of learning offered and how well the staff work together to provide a secure and engaging experience for children.
