Welcome to the September 2022 issue of Under 5. However you spent your summer, I hope you’ve all been able to get at least some well-deserved rest and relaxation ahead of the new term.
Over the summer, we had an update on the rules for holiday entitlement for part-time workers. We also saw the first Childcare and Education T Level students complete their courses and receive their results.
This issue we’ve also got some fun ideas for exploring the theme of fungi in your provision, as well as some ideas for supporting children’s emotional needs and wellbeing.
There is also more information about the exciting opportunity to become an Alliance trustee and a guide to hosting your own setting’s AGM.
